Actor KJ Apa, known for his role in “Riverdale”, has been confirmed in the cast of “White Elephant” (White Elephant), the latest horror production helmed by director Eli Craig, famous for “The Scarecrow in the Cornfield” and “Tucker and Dale vs. Evil”.
In addition to Apa, the film brings together a talent pool including Madeleine Arthur, Josh Brener, Ashley Park, Alexandra Shipp and Justice Smith, who join the already announced Nick Jonas and Kathryn Newton.
The plot revolves around eight friends who, during the traditional Christmas gift exchange, find themselves trapped in a deadly zero‑trust game, turning the celebration into a bloody slaughter. The screenplay, co‑written by Craig and JT Billings, promises to blend the festive atmosphere with relentless horror.
The production also has the backing of Radio Silence, the company behind “Bloody Wedding”, and an executive producing team that includes Kathryn Newton, JT Billings, Ryan McDonough, Amanda Drake, Scott Levine and Chad Villella. New information about the release date and story details is expected to be revealed soon.
