Gen V spin‑off still without confirmation of a third season, actors reveal

Just a few days before the premiere of The Boys’ fifth season, set for April 8, there are still no official news about the continuation of the spin‑off series Gen V. Although characters from the production have appeared in the teasers for the new season of The Boys, the future of the spin‑off remains uncertain.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, actress Jaz Sinclair, who plays Marie Moreau, confirmed that she hasn’t received any information about new episodes. “I haven’t been told what’s coming next. The team has done an amazing job with my character, putting her in challenging and unexpected situations. I hope they keep it up, regardless of the arc they choose”, Sinclair said.

Gen V, released in 2023, is set at the fictional Godolkin University, where young superheroes are trained. The second season introduces a new dean who promises to make the students even more powerful, while tension between humans and supers intensifies both on and off campus. A secret program, tied to the university’s founding, emerges as a central plot point, directly involving Marie Moreau.

The series is led by showrunner Michele Fazekas and is available in full on Prime Video.
