Netflix has released the official trailer for the new action series ‘Man on Fire’, which arrives on the platform on April 30. The drama follows John Creasy, played by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, a former Special Forces mercenary who battles an intense post‑traumatic stress disorder. The character, known for surviving the most extreme situations, tries to rebuild his life but ends up being pulled back into the chaos he tries to leave behind.
The production features direction by Kyle Killen, who is responsible for the script and overall supervision as showrunner, and Steven Caple Jr. directing the first two episodes and serving as executive co‑producer. The series, consisting of seven episodes, adapts the best‑selling novel by A.J. Quinnell, published in 1980. The cast also includes Billie Boullet, Alice Braga, Scoot McNairy and Bobby Cannavale, who bolster the tension‑filled, twist‑laden storyline.
