## Severe measures against match abandonment
To curb this practice, the developers confirmed that the game’s final system will be much stricter. The planned penalties are:
– **Automatic loss of league points** for those who intentionally abandon fights;
– **Prevention from entering the ranked queue** for a set period.
These actions aim to ensure a fair competitive environment, where victories are earned on the battlefield and not by the opponent’s surrender.
> “If you’re reading this and felt guilty for quitting the game once or twice during the beta… we understand. The ranked mode was the system we needed to test the most, but we also know that meant players who wanted to explore at their own pace didn’t have a good way to do so.”
In addition to the sanctions, the team is working on technical fixes pointed out by the community, ensuring that both veterans and newcomers find suitable game modes to learn without the pressure of ranked matches.
## Official launch
**Invincible VS** will be released on **April 30, 2026** for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, bringing to Robert Kirkman’s universe intense combat, aerial combos, and devastating special abilities.
